Baudin's Black-Cockatoo

This morning tour is designed to see a range of local endemic species including (but not guaranteed or limited to!) Long-billed (Baudin's) Black Cockatoo, Red-capped Parrot, Western Rosella, Red-winged Fairywren, Red-eared Firetail and White-breasted Robin.

Birdwatching Bonanza - Full Day Tour (from Manjimup/Pemberton/Bridgetown)

Muir's Corella

This is an extension of the morning tour but travels further afield to search for additional species such as Western Corella, Western Thornbill and Western Spinebill.

Cost of $220 per person includes morning and afternoon tea and lunch.

For both the half day and full day tours, guests are collected from their lodgings between 7:00 and 7:30am and travel by airconditioned 4WD vehicle to various local nature reserves. Cost includes use of binoculars, telescope and field guides.

Perth and surrounds Full Day Tour

This full day tour is designed to see a range of habitats in the Perth area, including urban wetlands, jarrah forest and woodlands, the coast and the Swan River. We expect to see 80-110 species depending on the season and the weather.

Cost is $360 for one person, then $60 each for additional guests up to a maximum of 4.

Use of telescope and field guides

South West Endemics Tour  (approx. $3300pp)

This 8 day (7 night) fully accommodated tour begins and ends in Perth and takes in a range of habitats including urban wetlands, open wandoo woodland, sandy heathlands, the Stirling Ranges and tall karri forest. We hope to see over 130 species of birds including all 13 endemics (though the nature of birding of course precludes guarantees!!!). See full itinerary here.

A 10-12 day fully accommodated tour designed to find some of those species not found in Western Australia's wetter south west or the tropics eg Pink Cockatoo, Mulga Parrot, Bourke's Parrot, Redthroat, Shy Heathwren, Rufous Fieldwren, Slaty-backed and Slender-billed Thornbill, Southern Scrub-robin, Chestnut Quail-thrush and Gilbert's Whistler.
